Free cancellation is permitted up to 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations made 6 to 4 days prior to check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to check-in, as well as No-Shows, will incur 100% retention of the total booking value.
No last-minute amendments to a confirmed booking will be accepted.

Peak Period & Long Weekend Policy

100% advance payment is required and is non-refundable for stays between 23rd December and 3rd January, as well as during long weekends.
